Is there some kind of overlay I can add on top to give it that cracked look, or does the floor/wall tileset need to already have a cracked version Also, if anyone has any places to find nice. For RPG Maker MV users if you own either RPG Maker VX or RPG Maker VX Ace, you can use my materials in RPG Maker MV (and also in RPG Maker XP), but if you do not own either of these engines, my material cannot be used in RPG Maker MV due to its EULA restriction. I found some that work really nice in general with the vibe of a hotel, but I want to have some floors and walls cracked which the tilesets dont offer. Tileset Template Does anyone have a good template for MV tilesets I use this link, its got general advice on custom tilesets, avatars, and sprites, and it also has a grid you can use to measure your sprites to see how many blocks theyll take up You can draw your sprites directly on there and then just hide the grid layer. So far, it is only the two modern (SFoutsideB and SFoutsideC) tiles and Outside B. One is numbered based on how I did it initially (although I renumbered it so the wall/ceiling autotiles would match, and I used a font instead of hand drawing the numbers).ĮDIT4: Reposting information from previous post so you don't have to scroll back for it. Celianna’s MV Tiles are available for any game engine. Winterized full tilesets: I decided to take some of the default MV tilesets and make them winterized. There are three versions of the templates. So far, Ive just been doing this the hard way, by carefully cropping them in Photoshop. Version numbered according to Anatomy of an Autotile tutorial under production.ĮDIT3: Final versions of templates (hopefully). I have a couple tilesets that Id like to merge together - taking things that I want from one tileset and overwriting the spaces of things I dont need in another tileset. So I just decided I wanted to determine the information experimentally, hence the numbering system I used (logic: I'm just going to write a number on each tile and see which ones get used by the program).ĮDIT: I wasn't originally going to make the change but since I have nothing better to do I'll go ahead and make an updated version.ĮDIT2: Unnumbered version. Numbered it the way I did because the way they numbered it in that tutorial didn't make much sense to me.
